What kind of fabric are your products made from?

Every product will list specific details but we strive to always use fine cotton for all of our baby gifts.

When will my order ship?

Most products are ready to ship, though please allow 3-5 business days for processing, with additional time for delivery. Orders that require additional time are noted in the product description.

What is your return policy?

At this time we do not accept returns for orders except when the product arrives damaged or defective. If you notice a problem, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can take care of you!

Do you ship worldwide?

Sorry, we don't ship outside of the United States at this time.

What if my package is lost?

Seven Public is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost, please contact your local USPS directly.
